Problem with Royal Free is patients never see the same nurse in Kidney Dept EDHWARE community hospital.Patients with renal failure at each appointment are forces to see a different nurse at each appointment. This is unacceptable and wrong, causes distress to patients. Please sort this problem.

Thank you for your email, I am sorry you have seen a different nurse at each appointment.
Whilst we try to keep continuity it isn't always possible, please ask to see the same nurse at your next appointment explaining how the change is distressing.
