"Jewel in the Community of Stroud"

To be honest I didn’t realise that Stroud had a General Hospital, I did not know that the community of Stroud fought to keep it open.

I’ve only known Chelteham & GRH. However I was pleasantly surprised on admittance how you as a patient you were looked after, hospitality & friendliness was in abundance. My reason for the visit was an operation which needed doing sooner than later , the care before & after the operation was a credit to the NHS. Every member of staff working there left an impression on me that we are safe in their hands. Well done everyone & long may Stroud General Hospital continue.
