"cant even get an appointment here!"

This is an absolutely shocking gp surgery where you can’t even get an appointment. My parents are registered here and are elderly yet they suffer at home rather than try and make an appointment, as it’s so difficult. So I tried to do it for them, several times calling at 8am.

Unfortunately I kept getting cut off when I try to select the appointment option. So you call back and this happens several times. Then you try and remain on hold option instead but by the time you get through the queue, sometimes half an hour later, you have no chance of getting an appointment with a GP. I can’t commemt on the service provided by the doctor etc as my parents can’t get to see one!!! This surgery should be held accountable. I have to say I always get an appointment at my surgery on the morning I ring in and have never experienced anything quite like this. Avoid registering here!!!
