"Cant get response"

About: Newham General Hospital

I got a letter from my GP to book an appointment in the X-ray department. I took it there and I was told it took 2 weeks but now it is 4 weeks

I have not heard from them and I cant get through to them when i call.

I even wrote an email to PAL and received no reply frustrating
