The treatment was outstanding from start to finish. Suzie on the labour ward went out of her way for us and really made the experience really special. She was even on ward 17 the next day so took care of me from start to finish. She is an asset to the NHS

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I shall share this with Susie and I am sure she will be delighted that you were pleased with your care.

Having the same person caring for you for two days or more provides continuity and this is something we are working on within our maternity unit as we see the benefits this brings.
