"New patient experience"

I have just joined the practice and have met with the health care assistant at my new patient check and the practice nurse for my cervical screening test . Both members of the team were friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease . I met the manager in the waiting area who was very involved with both patients and staff . The waiting room has plently of information on self care and what is going on in the community . You can also check your own blood pressure and weight in a private area in the waiting room . I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends .
