Started 10 years ago when my husband died I had started drinking and it became daily but only in the evening and then I lost my job, my home and had nothing better to do so was drinking from the moment I woke up to the moment I fell asleep.

I knew I had a drink problem as I was so ill and I walked into Inclusion Eastleigh and have never looked back.

I went to groups had a 10 day detox away and I have not had a drink now for 29 weeks and still attend groups and if it wasn't for inclusion I probably would be dead
