"Caring and compassionate"

Having moved from sloan last year, I have found Woodseats brilliant. Like the triage system of getting to speak to doctor when ring up. The only improvement needed is some kind of on hold system as can end up dialling over 100times and getting the busy tone, it would be easier if could be put in a long que than that.

However that is my only criticism. All the doctors have been fab. I recently managed to ring at lunchtime having found I was getting mastitis, a doctor ring me back within 30 mins and told me to come down right away and saw me within another 30 mins. She was a really compassionate and caring doctor, as are all the doctors I have seen at Woodseats so far.
