"One particular Dr really makes this practice..."

I've visited this GP service on multiple occasions and had some good and some bad experiences, but over the course of this year I've visited on 3-4 occasions and had the same doctor treat me. I asked for her specifically because one particular doctor has provided some of the best care I've received from the NHS. She took into account my own personal circumstances and situation and provided amazing advice that was tailored to suit my needs and the kind of person I am. She made me feel completely at ease and during what are usually uncomfortable moments of vulnerability in talking about my mental health and everything I was going through, we were actually able to laugh a lot. This doctor has been so welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable in treating my conditions and issues over the year and has taken into account my studies and what can help me get through tough times. I've been able to be completely honest about things that I may have fibbed, left out or lied about to a doctor with no judgement and really trust that she has my best interest at heart. This doctor is everything you could want in a doctor and more, and I really hope her line managers know and appreciate how much of an impact she has on her patients. I'd like to thank her for everything if she sees this, and would like her to know she played a big part in my recovery.
