What I liked
The nurse on the ward was very caring.
What could be improved
My Grandad is 95 years old, and was left waiting in A&E for 11 hours before they transferred him to a ward with a proper bed. During this 11 hours, he was not offered anything to eat or drink. We had to leave him to go to the shop and buy him a sandwich and a cup of tea.
"If you need to go to A&E, go somewhere else!"
