Quite simply the worst customer service and care service I have ever experienced. No explanation on how the process works. Was promised a phone that didn't materialise and as a result had to attend twice in one day to ensure a phone call. Once this arrived the following day, staff proceeded to accuse me of wasting time because I needed further explanation over the phone. Woeful, absolutely woeful. A disgrace in terminology, tone, and approach.
