About: Old Fire Station Surgery

I have contacted the surgery 5 different days several times a day in the last 1 and half weeks to try to find out my new medication dosage and the time length I should take it. The medication was prescribed to me by a doctor working at this service after an appointment - but no instruction written on the prescription. Every single day I was promised by the reception staff they will call me back once a doctor informed them about this matter. I didn’t hear from them - no calls any of the days so from today onwards I will make my mind up and try to take my medication 3 times a day. Wish me luck...

I am sorry that we were not able to respond to your query in a timely fashion.

The Doctor who prescribed the medication only works two days a week and the other Doctors were unable to help with the dosage as they did not prescribe it.

I believe the Doctor has now contacted you and the matter is resolved.
