"Fantastic staff"

I have just a knee replacement and was on Victory ward. Hard to know who to praise first. The consultant who operated did a brilliant job but it was the nursing staff that were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble.. I was very ill with the anasthic after and couldn't have asked for a more caring and considerate team of people. I was treated with dignity and compassion the whole time and never once made to feel a nuisance even on the 5th change of bedding and night clothes. The cleaners did a fantastic job, the ward was super clean with one lady even getting on her knees to clean a spot she couldn't quite reach

I'd like to say a special thanks to one particular staff member who brought our breakfast/lunch & tea round. I'm allergic to dairy and she went out of her way to insure that everything I ate didn't contain any., a real diamond of a lady.so Thank you to the Victory Ward team. If I could.
