(as the patient),

I went to  my local health centre, to get improvement about my both shoulders, and tendinitis, attended for a staff member who advised me to exercise with 2  kilo weight, which worsened my symptoms, then a new physio, tracted my *new condition worsen frozen shoulder* as something muscular, they had no idea how treat frozen shoulder, I didn't get any improvement, even recommend to me to follow work as a hairdresser, which I wasn't  able to do at all, to put my arm up to my shoulder. I had to find a professional one, not specialist about Tendinitis or Frozen shoulder, just professional about their job. I had to take sick leave now it's 7 months. After procedure I'm much better. Need Physio but I had to call specially to change for another Physiotherapy Centre. I couldn't recommend at all this Centre or the physio at all as you are hopeful to get improving not worsening.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us and I was sorry to read about your difficulties that you have experienced with your shoulder and the advice that you received from the physiotherapist.

The majority of General Practices in NHS Lothian are independent contractors and if you would like to give feedback to them I would ask that you contact the Practice Manager who should be able to help you.

I note that it has been a number of months since this happened and I do hope that your shoulder pain has now resolved.

Hi Jeannete, thank you for your advice about Practice manager, I.ll do tomorrow. Yes has been months ago and so far. Now I.ve been referral again for a Physio, as ypu can understand, indeed I had yo ask for another Centre please. So, I.m with the Frozen Shoulder in recovery time and the other arm as I was working as advice for NHS physio was worsen and since February I.ve got Sickline. As both conditions take long time to improve.
