(as a service user),

Charlotte and Hellen have been amazing the group sessions have been safe informative and I have felt a part of something that could, NO WILL change my life.

Together they have their own ways of engaging with people in different ways to suit needs. If it weren't for the combination of both of them and my support worker Mike I would not have come passed the first day.

My problem is now real but my recovery is REALISTIC!

What a great story and good to hear how taking part in the groups sessions has been life changing for you. Glad you kept coming in and that you see your recovery as achievable now. I will of course pass on your comments to Charlotte, Helen and Mike..
