(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you for caring for xxxx during his last few weeks. He was an amazing man and was loved deeply by all of his family. How the hospice cared for him during his illness will always be remembered. All his family and friends raised money in his memory as a thank you.
