I have had one of the worst experiences in GP care in my life. The GP refused to listen about my concerns for my child, displayed little empathy, made an offensive joke and opened the door for me to leave. Never have I felt so unheard or humiliated.
The receptionist staff are friendly and helpful but one of the GPs there appears to be socially awkward and difficult to converse with.
