"Please long queues reception staff busy..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Got to the hospital which is generally not too busy but today very long delays people standing in queue for ages whilst certain staff ate sitting at the reception counters with no one to see. There need to be more involvement to get waiting queues down. It’s not welcoming to see staff sitting at the windows with nothing to do but laugh and joke then spend 5 mins moisturising their hands .
