i have had two appointments to physio and orthotics and came in to the hospital via hospital transport just after12 noon. i cannot fault the hospital itself its is a superb hospital. its 8pm and I have now been waiting for 4 hours for transport to take me home and not getting a clear explanation. even staff going home who treated me today cannot believe I am still here. with muscular dystrophy and confined to a wheelchair its hard. Wouldn't mind the wait but the attitude of some staff is really poor. promised to give an update and they go home without telling me. huffing and puffing rolling eyes when I ask for an update lets all the staff and the hospital down no care about the patient, it would appear that they are working in a cab firm.
