"Minor Op was quick, easy and first class"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Visited GP and was referred to Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert within a few weeks for a Minor Op, service was quick, easy and first class, a very slick and professional service from Kirsty, Pamela and Lauriann.

One of the few times I have felt that the NHS has worked for me personally.
