"PLEASE SORT OUT THE PARKING SITUATION!!"

The new barrier system is not fit for purpose!! You can't seriously expect people with severe mobility issues to have to queue up for hours and traipse back and forth between the car, pay machines and the hospital!! What is the point of letting disabled people have an extra hour's concession if they have to go through it all again to get back to the office to claim it back?! As you likely know, most people will either not bother or physically be unable to at that point. The whole system is discriminatory and unfair and needs sorting before some poor soul (probably me) collapses from exhaustion after what should be a simple hospital visit!!
