What I liked
The staff were brilliant. Extremely reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and well looked after. Thanks to all in ENT clinic and ambulatory care.
What could be improved
Unisex toilets on the ward - unpleasant as a woman!
Delay in appointments (transferred from ENT to chest clinic and wasn't seen as quickly as I was advised I would be).
