"decompression and fusion"

after being past from 1department to another within the nhs for a year and using a chiropractor for over a year my doctor referred me to this hospital as a private patient, from my first meeting with the Consultant he has made time to listen and set out my options, I decided to have a decompression and fusion surgery.

On the day of the surgery my op was at 9am I saw the Consultant before the surgery the anethistis came and explained what would happen, I had the op and that day the nurses had me out of bed for a short walk, the following day the physio came to show me some exercises and take me up and down the stairs, the following day I went home after some xrays to check everything was ok, when waking up after the surgery I was out of pain for the first time in over a year.

This hospital and it’s staff are very special the Consultant is a true gentleman the nurses are absolutely brilliant the food at the hospital is lovely and clearly a lot of thought is put into a healthy menu, the reception staff, physio and the man that took xrays are lovely, I cannot praise the hospital and staff enough, hopefully I won’t need to use them in the future but if I did there would be no hesitation whatsoever.
