"Good and bad points"

The reception and nursing staff here are absolutely wonderful, never found better. They're always smiling and as helpful as they can be. However, the rotating GPs, not being able to get appointments, waiting times on the phone and generally the level of care from the GPs here isn't great. I've very rarely seen the same doctor twice at this surgery. I frequently have to get medications changed and there is a problem with this every time it's done (down to GP's not updating my records properly).
