What could be improved

offering water more than every 6 hours. Staff including midwifes not complaining about how busy they are. Staff not saying "I will be back in a minute" and then you had to buzz again an hour later. Staff actually introducing themselves instead of just walking in and out not saying anything.

Anything else?

Disgraceful to be honest. Waters broke over the floor and staff just used a towel. Everything was disgraceful and long winded. Worse thing was staff using "we are busy you know" as an excuse not to even get you water!
