Physio staff and students are extremely attentive and make efforts to help you.

I am currently a patient on ward 4x, yesterday I was scheduled to have surgery and at 3pm was told to get ready, porters are on there way, at 3.30pm I was informed that my op had been cancelled as a member of theatre staff hadn't turned up for a shift, something I find wholelly unacceptable, surely the hosipital has contingencies for such matters, now no one can tell me when my op may be - it could be tomorrow - it could be next week - no one seems to know. I am not from the Liverpool area and my family cannot visit every day as they and I would like as it is a 30 mile journey one way.
Currently feel really let down.
