What I liked

The gynae department is a very comfortable and cheerful environment. All of the nurses and the doctor I saw were excellent. I was given the choice of having the procedure straight away or coming back and having a general anaesthetic. I chose to go through with it and they were very reassuring and kind during it.

This was the third camera procedure I have had at Rake Lane and everyone has been very kind and helpful.

What could be improved
