"Not happy with the service"

What I liked

I didnt really like much about this hospital except when having surgery done the staff were very caring.

What could be improved

there should be set appointment times if you are having surgery and after 5 trips for a small piece of glass in my hand and £s lost due to having to have time off to come so many times this needs to be improved.

There needs to be set times and for something so easy to sort out there should be no need to waste 5 half off work for 5 minute appointments
