What I liked
Friendly staff, training new staff or students, competent and confidence.
I felt informed throughout and always made to feel safe.
Service didn't stop at delivery; aftercare and guidance was exceptional.
Anything else?
Staff communication was excellent, hand over and shift changes dealt with effectively.
