What I liked

I came into A&E after falling and breaking my arm.I was seen within a very short time and all of the busy staff treated me very professionally and with great care.I have since visited fracture clinic(busy beyond belief),plaster room,x-ray,theatre admissions(who put me at ease,when I was scared),had ORIF surgery,stayed overnightin 8B( a very busy ward which kept the staff on the go day and night) and now physio.In all I have been cared for by @50 staff.Everyone I have encountered has been professional and so very caring.I cannot thank these wonderful people enough,truly amazing.Also a huge thanks to the staff that I didn't meet ie laundry,cooks etc and a special thanks to the cleaning guy on 8B who brought me cups of tea as I wasn't able to get this myself-tea makes everyone feel better.You hear a lot of bad things in the press about the NHS but in my hour of need it came through for me with flying colours.Thank you to all involved at this wonderful hospital.

Anything else?

Carparking is problem at this hospital as it only has a small carpark and is extremely busy,treating hundreds of patients every day.
