What I liked

I visited QVH at the end of April for surgery to correct a badly bent finger. A big 'thank you' to the hand team who carried out the surgery - it is so nice to see a straight finger again! On each of the 4 visits I have so far had to the QVH I have been seen each time within 5/10 minutes of the appointment time. Very impressive. In fact the first time I visited, to see the consultant, I spent only 2 hours in the hospital having seen my consultant and had all necessary pre-op tests done.

I would highly recommend this hospital - many people I have spoken to since my surgery have also voiced the same opinion.

What could be improved

I only visited as a day case so cannot speak for in-patients but cannot think of any improvements needed.
