What I liked

I was very happy with the treatment and information I have received from my consultant.

What could be improved

After having my operation in feb 2012 and being told I needed to start my physio 6 weeks after this, I had to contact the hospital and chase up a referal to get the physio started. After a month of unhelpful phone calls to several departments in the hospital, I still have not been referred and have been left in pain and feeling very dissatified.
