What I liked

Very professional treatment and a pleasure to be treated by exceptionally pleasant doctor and nurses. Even a cup of tea after a biopsy.

What could be improved

Waiting room to hot, the fan just recirculates warm air.

The car park is inadequate for the amount of visitors. I had to park on the road 3/4 mile away. If I was elderly it would be a problem. I can see the problems with a city centre hospital but York have managed it well with a multi story car park with a pay on exit so no need to feed the meter as you don't know how long you will be.
