"Lack of Communication & Followup Action"

About: Woodhouse Health Centre

(as the patient),

I went to see my local GP nearly a year ago and, in response to my complaint, they agreed to refer the matter to the hospital. I have still not heard anything since either from the GP or the hospital with regard to this matter, despite the intervening time.
