"I got the best treatment in the world from NGH on..."

What I liked

Everyone that I encountered on the day that I was treated was very caring, patient and made me feel that I was in safe hands which is very important when you have a very nasty wound to your face and are worrying about the outcome, they put my mind at ease,

and were what I call round peggs in round holes, in other words they were the the right people in the right job

What could be improved

My face had a hole in it where my glasses had taken out a peice of flesh when I fell and I just did not know how they would pull it together but they that stiched my wound made a fabulous job and you can hardly see the wound already and it has only been just about 13 days I cant thank them enough, also I have had a couple of queries about after care and they are more than happy for me to contact them at any time.

I feel that when it counts the NHS pulls out all the stops and comes up trumps
