"A&E Department"

I have had the misfortune to have to use the Lister Hospital A&E twice and both times it has been dreadful, neither time was the department very busy, I would consider it a constant flow but the time it takes to see a doctor is ridiculous, I was told I had two people in front of me and 4 hrs later I’m still waiting.

When I ask they tell me four people are in front. The doctor was wasting time walking around instead of actually treating patients, so unorganised it defies belief. If they could just organise it so the doctor did what the should do you would cut waiting time by at least half.
