"Extremely frustrated"

I was recently a patient in Ward 44 at Kirkcaldy Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. Overall the care I received was very good the nurses and doctors were excellent. However, there was one particular nurse on the ward who I wont name who I felt was extremely rude and obnoxious. The doctor from the previous ward I had been on put special notes on my file/paperwork regarding the medication I was to get and how often. When I tried to explain this to the nurse they disregarded what I had said and didn't even look at the paperwork I was talking about.

Myself and my partner explained that I had been on the ward for approximately 2 hours and hadn't been seen by any staff.   The nurse stated we were lying about my admission time and challenged my partner when he stated he had seen the paperwork written by the doctor (the nurse on the previous ward showed us what had been written as I was very anxious) My medication was finally given 2 hours late! I was left feeling very unwell as a result of this and extremely frustrated. I feel this is totally unacceptable!
