Very polite and knowledgeable reception staff. Doctors are caring and polite but trying to get an appointment can be nearly a month waiting. When trying to use appointment system on EMIS you could be looking at more than a month to 6 weeks if you need to see your own doctor.

If you are told to book a follow up appointment with the doctor you have just seen if it's over a 6 week they have not had appointments "released", so you have to ring up in a few weeks which if you have a bad memory you can forget.

Other than this can not really complain as the clinics and other services provided are also very good.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We do try to monitor the appointments wait time and this can vary particularly if the Doctor of your choice has any annual leave planned. We do extend our appointment books every two weeks to keep then rolling through for you. We also have appointments available through Darwin Health that we can offer you which may mean you are asked to attend the appointment at a different location. These are usually in the evenings and at weekends allowing patients more variety and can be booked through our own Reception ladies.

It is always lovely to get positive feedback and I will pass this on to all the staff here.
