My mum attended the emergency department @ University Hospital Wishaw following abnormal bloods results taken in primary care which needed updated in secondary care
The care and attention she received was second too none from start of her journey to discharge.
She encountered Dr MacLean who explained exactly what would be happening and why. She made my mum feel at ease as did Staff Nurse Amy .
CSW Mhairi was also very kind toward my mum and my little daughter as she was getting bored waiting
