"Signage small and not clear"

(as the patient),

when I visit westmarc I always find that the signage dated and find that the signage is small and not clear and I feel it should be bold and simpfield

Sorry to hear you are struggling with the signs. We have recently increased the size of the signage outside the building because other people had previously made a similar point. I would be interested to hear if the problem you are having is still with the signs outside our building or if it is with the signs directing you to WestMARC from other parts of the QEUH site.

The signs in the building are are small in my opinion. For example signs on the toilets doors are small and some of the signage in the corridor is too high and looks dated.

To be really picky, the spelling of WestMARC on the main road across the old A&E is spelt westmark.

Thank you for this feedback. The signs inside the building are original and therefore over 20 years old. We are currently planning some changes to our reception area and I will take this opportunity to ask for all signs to be reviewed as part of this project.
