About: Highbury Hospital / Cherry Ward

(as the patient),

I feel that the pasta doesn't have enough sauce, why not? 

All pasta meals are dry. 

I also feel that the marinade for meatballs is awful and there is a shortage of mustard at mealtimes.

Im sorry to hear you did not enjoy your meal today, I will happily discuss with the catering manager at our meeting on friday.


Can I ask, did you mention to staff at the time as we do have a food diary which we encourage our patients to add feedback in following mealtimes?

Following a number of complaints with regars to the food service on Cherry ward, there have been changes to the previous system. Patients now have choice at mealtimes which has had a positive impact for all. many thanks to Marie, Diane and Zoe for all your hard work.
