I should’ve known from the day of my first scan, where they sent me a letter confirming my appointment, and then denied ever booking this scan appointment in. Had to cancel work and wait over 3 hours for the scan. I am now 28weeks and havent even seen my midwife since my booking appointment. I call and call and no one ever answers. No one ever responds to voicemails you get forced to leave (you’ll be on hold for over 10 minutes and then someone hangs up). Was toldI have a urine infection and havent heard back with results till now. The test was done at 25 weeks! How am I supposed to get these results if they dont answer the phone ?? It’s honestly disgraceful. I wish i never booked to have my first baby here. Regret it so much. Honestly just avoidthis place.
