About: Leylands Lane Medical Practice

I am a type 1 Diabetic with severe pancreatitis. The Drs and support staff at the Practice have been nothing short of amazing in looking after my well being and continue to monitor my progress. Recently I had a period of anxiety and depression, I canot thank them enough for the attention and supprt I required to get through this situation.
