"Brilliant Accident and Emergency Experience"

My husband was taken by ambulance to Darenth Valley accident and emergency on Friday evening. Never having been to Darenth Valley hospital we didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. From the moment we entered the hospital we felt totally cared for, nurses and doctors were efficient, professional and very respectful. At all stages they explained what they were doing and why, most of all they were friendly and reassuring. Blood tests were done and the results came back speedily with the treatment carried out equally quickly which allowed my husband to be discharged at 3am, As my husband is wheelchair bound patient transport was organised with quiet efficiency and we were delivered home by two caring and cheerful drivers. We would always highly recommend Darenth Valley and definitely request to be taken there in the future should the need arrive. The staff were quite simply wonderful.
