How rude was the guy on reception when I just called in and asked what the nearerst train station to the hospital was. Which hospital was his first reply (I assumed I was calling the Edgeware Community Hospital....) He then said (what I know now) Edgeware and I asked him to repeat it because I couldnt understand. After he shoutingly said it twice, I finally realised he meant Edgeware. He huffed and puffed and said couldnt I understand his what he was saying and when I said no, he said well would you prefer it if I had an English accent, to which I replied yes and he then said I'm not daft and carried on huffing and puffing. I cant wait to see who this person was when I go there later on today. If this is the sort of people you employ as the first port of call, you had better think again, there are loads of unemployed people who can speak properly and with manners.
