"Lack empathy and compassion"

I have been registered with this surgery for a relatively short period of time. I have found the staff to be lacking in empathy or compassion. I suffer from clinical depression,PTSD and anxiety. They show a lack of understanding with regards to mental health issues and the effect is has on day to day living. They have made my situation worse and on that basis I will be leaving the practice. The reception staff appear to have different policies and procedures and the Practice Manager is rude and condescending.
