"very bad so far"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

What could be improved

Please everyone stay away from this hospital. My relative was just misdiagnosed there and almost died as went to Queens A&E twice! and was sent back home on the paracetamol, diagnozed with gastric problems at first, then with strained muscle, which resulted of his appendix ruptured. End up in King George and went through several hours life saving operation plus many many complications after that- young man I have to add. It could be so easy avoided if not the ignorance of staff in Queens. You have to see the difference between the patient who is overreacting and someone who is dying, especially if you are a doctor. I am in shock that no scan was made on my relative. If just a simple blood test would be taken straight away my relative would have just laparoscopy not the serious operation.

Anything else?

I have end up in this hospital this year with bronchitis and I was sent home with no proper check up, no scan of my chest, doctor looked into my eyes and said to take paracetamol and rest at home. I almost got pneumonia and had to go private doctor as well as it took me 2 weeks to recover fully.
