I arrived a bit disoriented and feeling a bit silly for thinking that I was bad enough to need to go to urgent care. However all the staff were so professional and helpful in directing me to the right space. The waiting room had a TV on mute with subtitles so the time flew by.
I don’t have an address so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to access any care but the friendly person who registered me in was very discreet after they asked for my address and I said I didn’t have one. It took a while but they seemed to discreetly sort it out for me.
I was in and out in 2 hours. I felt cared for and respected and all though all the staff are busy trying to work as efficiently as possible I still felt I had enough time to ask questions and get a personal service.
They even sorted me out with medication free of charge, I didn’t even have to pay a prescription fee.
I’ve been ill for months and in 24 hours of going in I feel 10 times better. Wish I had gone in sooner to be honest.
Really efficient, professional, personable and I felt genuinely cared for. Thank you much.
"Super service"
