"The care i received was exceptional"

I was admitted for day care surgery in April 2019.

I would like to thank the staff on the ward and the consultants and the  anaesthetist team who were excellent and the care i received was exceptional .Every member of the care team communicated with me and explained what would be happening ,and offered to answer any questions .

I was discharged with clear information and instructions including medication  and the hospital had communicated and set up the ongoing care with the Doctors surgery nursing team .
