Rude and unhelpful

"Rude and unhelpful"

Receptionist at the main desk was helpful and tried to do her best with my concern but she called a guy out to discuss my issue. Flailing his arms and saying "can't help ya, can't help ya, call 111 or wait here and hour and they'll tell you the same". Arrogant and unhelpful, puts me off going again whatever the injury.

I was very sorry to read about what happened at the Minor Injury Unit based on the Doddington Hospital site.

Would you be able to spare a few minutes to get in touch.

I would like to look into your comments but need more information to pass on to our service manager who looks after the Minor Injury Units.

If you would prefer to stay anonymous but still share more information about your experience you can fill in one of our patient surveys.

The surveys are 100% confidential and help us build a picture of how our services are performing and the feedback is shared with service managers and their teams.
